Abstract

This study intends to find out and explain the search and documentation of economic law. In the discussion mentioned about 1. Search and documentation as legal research activities, 2. Legal substance as an object of search and documentation, 3. Application of information technology in legal search and 4. Legal tracking and legal documentation in economics, the research method used is the method of literature . Conclusions that legal search and legal documentation in economics are related to legal certainty about economic relations between someone and someone else or group one with another group, can be a business relationship or business collaboration. In the field of economic law, the search for law carried out by a law expert is intended to solve an economic law problem, so that it is practical.
